Job Title: Client Benefits Manager

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Benefits Department. As a Client Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, including leading team meetings, training and growth of team members, and strategizing employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead department meetings to ensure alignment and goal setting.
  • Assist in the training and growth of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Lead a team of 6 employees, including analysts, internal account managers, and executive account managers.
  • Strategize and manage employee benefit programs, including the coordination of the annual open enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits Technology Department to encourage clients to use our online open enrollment systems.
  • Manage client accounts accurately and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Market and secure new business and/or renewal business.
  • Develop proposals for renewals.
  • Conduct meetings with the producer and service teams to ensure service standards are upheld.
  • Liaise and collaborate with carriers to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Seize opportunities to enhance knowledge of the industry, regulatory requirements, and available tools and resources.
  • Respond to inquiries from the producer and service teams regarding accounts.
  • Communicate with clients and respond to their questions about their policies and/or services.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, carriers, and other agency staff.
  • Travel or make visits to insurance companies and/or clients as needed.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of client and company information.
