Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team at Bayfront Health. As a key member of our ambulatory operations team, you will provide exceptional support to our physicians and patients, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate pre-certification and authorization.
  • Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information with precision.
  • Process medical records requests in accordance with Orlando Health policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to compliance standards, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient care and experience.
  • Interact with patients and families in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • At least six months of experience in a clerical office, general business, or customer service setting.
