We are a well-established regional Rheumatology practice with multiple locations, seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join our team.

Position Highlights:

  • 100% outpatient role with no hospital call.
  • Standard working hours: 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Attractive 2-year income guarantee with a competitive salary and bonus structure thereafter.
  • Fellowship candidates are eligible for a training stipend.
  • Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available.

Employment Structure:

  • Single Specialty Group Employee, focusing solely on outpatient care.
  • No weekend work or on-call responsibilities.
  • Compensation includes a salary or income guarantee with collections-based production incentives.
  • Signing bonus and residency/fellowship stipend available, up to $2,000/month.
  • CME allowance of up to 1 week and $2,500.
  • Generous PTO policy offering up to 7 weeks.
  • 401K plan with employer matching up to 3%.
