The HEM/BMT Infusion APP is a key member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, working in collaboration to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves managing acute problems and patients in crisis in the infusion suite, as well as caring for chronically ill patients in the clinic. The APP will also be responsible for managing outpatient procedures and cell infusions, and will serve as a liaison for direct admits inpatient care.
