RemX is seeking a skilled Laboratory Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and patients in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and respond to inquiries from internal and external clients regarding laboratory-related issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on test requirements, specimen submission, and laboratory policies and procedures.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and other departments to provide seamless support.
  • Report laboratory results using established protocols and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; some college classes preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or customer service setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and write English clearly and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical terminology proficiency.
  • Experience in a clinical laboratory, physician office, or customer service environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
