Job Summary

Leader Tech Inc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and orders about our products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Confer with customers to provide information about our products and services, take or enter orders, and respond to customer requests for quote, providing price and delivery.
  • Order Management: Enter customer orders into our ERP system, and where necessary, coordinate with customers and other team members on delivery and order exceptions.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Compare lists of parts requested by customers with our offer to quote, and review open order reports to follow up with customers for order status.
  • Problem Resolution: Obtain details of customer complaints or issues and assist with the process of resolution, and refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further information.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: One to three years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Ability to follow directions, adaptability, intermediate Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills, MS Word and Outlook, attention to detail, critical thinking, customer service, dependability, ERP software, interpersonal skills, integrity, problem solving, resolving conflicts and negotiating with others, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
