Medical Laboratory Customer Service and Marketing Support - Clinical Lab

We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial Figure it Out, and committed to Getting it Done person who understands that the team Wins Together.

Job Summary:

This is a client facing role to help customers better understand the services provided by LabFlorida. You will answer inquiries by phone, e-mail, web chat, social media and participate in personal meetings. You will handle concerns, complaints, and other issues. The job is to promote, expand, and ensure customer satisfaction with the goal of enhancing LabFlorida’s reputation of a go to lab in the state of Florida.

Your communication and account management skills will shape how LabFlorida will continue to grow.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of prior experience in healthcare in a client facing role

Communication skills like a pleasant demeanor and ability to work with multiple personalities

Attention to detail to be able to provide written communication to customers that is free of spelling or grammatical errors

Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment

Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner

Adaptability and flexibility to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time

Ability to multitask

Job Summary:

Handle customer requests and complaints by providing solutions within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied

Act promptly on each incoming inquiry and communicate with the Marketing

Provide in-office support for Marketing by printing, mailing, and faxing materials and setting up appointments with prospective customers

Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints

Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes.

Work Environment:

We are a high complexity independent reference lab with the mission to provide superior quality service for physicians and their patients. Every employee and every customer are important. The staff is small, the pace is fast but customer service and individual attention to every account and every patient is a priority.

IMPORTANT:

This is a full-time job: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday.

Pay range: $15-30/hr depending on experience and production.

No health insurance.

Commissions and Bonuses for excellence.
