We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our client in a temp to hire role as a Customer Care Representative. If you are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and have a solid understanding of dental procedures and terminologies, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record accurate and detailed information about patient needs and requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in coordinating billing and insurance processes to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients.
  • Handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in dental office management or related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and dental professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Problem-solving skills to address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
