Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of our e-commerce platform and TLF's Custom App. Your role will involve utilizing your skills in design, e-commerce, and Shopify to create and execute strategies aimed at optimizing the customer journey, boosting conversion rates, and elevating overall website performance. You will collaborate closely with the e-commerce manager to implement the strategies outlined below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the e-commerce manager to formulate CRO strategies that improve user experience and drive conversions.
  • Design and execute A/B tests using tools such as Convert, CrazyEgg, or Kameleoon.
  • Examine user interactions through heatmaps, clickmaps, and various analytical instruments.
  • Enhance landing pages, product pages, and the checkout process to maximize conversion potential.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion metrics.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in CRO.
  • Possess the ability to create homepage and product page designs informed by data from A/B testing and funnel analysis.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in design tools such as FIGMA and Photoshop.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of visual merchandising principles.
  • Apply knowledge of browsing psychology to enhance conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in CRO, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
  • Expertise in A/B testing tools (e.g., Convert, CrazyEgg, Kameleoon) and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong grasp of UX/UI design principles.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • High proficiency in FIGMA and Photoshop.
  • Understanding of visual merchandising principles.
  • Knowledge of browsing psychology to enhance conversion rates.
  • Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
  • Extensive experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Recent expertise in D2C consumer marketing and full-funnel optimization.
  • Highly productive with excellent time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
