Job Description:

As a CRO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving conversions and enhancing the user experience on our e-commerce platform, TLFapparel.com, and TLF’s Custom App. Leveraging your expertise in design, e-commerce, and Shopify, you will develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey, increase conversion rates, and improve overall website performance. You will work closely with the e-commerce manager to develop and execute all the strategies mentioned below.

Roles & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the below):

  • Collaborate with the e-commerce manager to develop CRO strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Conduct and set up A/B tests in Convert, CrazyEgg, or Kameleoon.
  • Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, clickmaps, and other analytical tools.
  • Optimize landing pages, product pages, and the checkout process for maximum conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to design homepage and product page designs based on data collected from A/B test and funnel analysis.
  • High proficiency in FIGMA and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising rules.
  • Understand basic browsing psychology to improve conversion.

Qualifications / Skills / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in CRO, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Convert, CrazyEgg, Kameleoon) and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • High proficiency in FIGMA and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising rules.
  • Understand basic browsing psychology to improve conversion.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Recent experience and highly proficient in D2C consumer marketing and full-funnel optimization
  • Highly productive and efficient with excellent time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities through completion with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade others with diplomacy and tact
