This Retail Operations Supervisor Role Is Ideal For You If You Enjoy:
  • Assisting the General Manager and Operational Managers in overseeing team members and daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Working in a dynamic airport setting
Your Team Relies on You as a Retail Operations Supervisor to:
  • Be flexible to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays

  • Supervise multiple team members
Key Responsibilities of the Retail Operations Supervisor:
  • Provide daily training and coaching to team members
  • Conduct store opening, closing, and shift change procedures
  • Manage cash register preparation, float verifications, spot checks, and end-of-shift cash reconciliations
  • Ensure daily counts on specific items are performed and discrepancies reported
  • Guarantee staff punctuality and adherence to uniform standards
  • Report any staff tardiness and absences to management
  • Ensure customers are greeted promptly and served by knowledgeable associates
  • Effectively manage customer queues
  • Assign daily duties to sales associates and communicate sales targets and procedural updates
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and ensure proper stock replenishment and rotation
  • Uphold housekeeping standards (e.g., dusting, folding, replacing burnt light bulbs, sweeping, mopping)
  • Maintain vigilance against theft and shoplifting while enforcing cash register policies
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage and plan daily activities with the General Manager, Operations Manager, and other Supervisors
  • One or more years of supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Experience in a retail setting
  • Provide supervision and support to store staff
  • Collaborate with on-site sales representatives
  • Possess approachable and interactive leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
