Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Merchandising: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles, and prioritize tasks and activities according to store plan.
  • Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
  • Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, and provide progress updates.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, and able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
