Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing by Associates.
- Foster an exceptional customer experience through active engagement and maintaining a well-organized store.
- Model outstanding customer service and promote a culture of integrity and transparency.
- Oversee truck deliveries, prioritizing the timely processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
- Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising principles.
- Ensure proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
- Collaborate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain an efficient flow of goods.
- Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as necessary.
- Organize back stock for easy replenishment and uphold cleanliness standards in the backroom.
- Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
- Communicate effectively with management and Associates regarding priorities and progress updates.
- Promote safety awareness and maintain a secure work environment.
- Participate in store shrink reduction initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
- Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills.
- Capability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Previous retail experience of at least one year, with six months in a leadership role.
