Position Summary: As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our store, ensuring that we consistently meet or exceed customer service expectations, sales targets, profitability, operational protocols, and merchandising goals. You will gain valuable insights into best practices for training and developing your team, setting a standard for outstanding customer service through your leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to understand and implement store operations, sales strategies, profit margins, payroll management, and control of expenses.
  • Conduct water quality assessments and perform necessary mechanical repairs.
  • Drive growth in both commercial and residential sales while increasing customer footfall.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations by the team.
  • Identify and recruit new talent to enhance the team.
  • Maintain an inviting and customer-friendly store atmosphere.
  • Assist in inventory management and merchandising efforts.
  • Handle opening and closing duties, including daily financial deposits.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; current students are also encouraged to apply.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or retail management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Capability to participate in the succession program.
  • Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage of $19.00.
