Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies our core values: kind, always willing, does the right thing, and hard working. This key member of our leadership team will elevate our guest experience, fine-tune culinary techniques, maintain Flavor standards, and foster growth within our team both at events and in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall support and leadership to the culinary team
- Standard kitchen manager duties, including oversight and training
- Ensure a high-quality food product is presented daily
- Maintain HACCP standards and practices, time and temperature logs
- Maintain Health Department standards
- Maintain strict guidance over food production
- Manage the organization of the kitchen
- Experience in all areas of food production, including meat, prep, and hot line
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) a plus
