About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nursing professional to work as part of our Orthopedic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in perioperative nursing and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge, in accordance with our organization's standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and positive outcomes.
  • Deliver safe patient care according to our facility's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

This role will involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
  • Coordinating nursing interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  1. Current RI State Licensure.
  2. BLS required; ACLS preferred.
  3. A minimum of one year's experience in perioperative nursing.
