Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or as a generalist such as a Senior HR Business Partner.
  • Certification: SHRM or PHR certification in California and Nevada or willingness to pursue certification once hired.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong letter writing skills.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, FMLA, and related state and federal regulations as applicable to a California corporation with approximately 160 employees. Knowledge of California and Nevada employment laws and regulations is essential.
  • Current Drivers License: Ability to commute to work.
