About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager of Institutional Giving to join our Development team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing our B3 institutional giving strategy, securing new foundation and corporate partnerships while strengthening and growing existing support.

This position requires a deep understanding of grant management systems, fundraising strategies, and financial reporting. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, considering the job description and location.

Responsibilities
  1. Grant Systems Management: Collaborate with program staff to establish timelines, create collaborative workspaces, and efficiently complete all application requirements.
  2. Fundraising and Proposal Development: Research and identify funding opportunities that align with our mission, prioritizing grants from non-bank philanthropic entities and government sources.
  3. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Provide updated revenue forecasts based on current fundraising activities.
