Job Overview: As a Senior Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for leading our individual giving program, which includes developing and implementing strategies to meet revenue goals, cultivating and stewarding relationships with individual donors, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a high-quality donor experience. This role requires a strong understanding of fundraising principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to meet revenue goals from individual donors
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a high-quality donor experience
  • Develop and implement personal outreach strategies for individual donors
  • Analyze data to inform fundraising decisions

Requirements: 4+ years in nonprofit fundraising, preferably in annual fund and/or mid-level giving programs. Strong knowledge of donor CRM's and digital literacy are also required. Additionally, experience in 1-to-1 portfolio management of donors is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting fundraising goals.
