Job Description

This senior leadership position involves developing and maintaining a high-performing team of fundraising professionals. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will provide guidance across multiple departments, including Administration, Advancement Services, Alumni Relations, and others. Your supervisory responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations and collaborating with senior leaders to develop comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the university's priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of dedicated fundraising professionals to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Providing senior leadership and guidance across multiple departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and making strategic decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies that align with the university's priorities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field, accompanied by 10-12 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of five years in a management leadership role. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and relationship-building acumen will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
