Job Title: Residential Sales Representative

At Rollins, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary:

The Residential Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling sales appointments and meeting with potential customers to explain our pest control services and solutions.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of interior and exterior areas of potential customers' properties.
  • Serving as a problem solver for customers by utilizing our in-depth training to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer's needs.
  • Making sales presentations to customers based on inspection and issues identified, addressing any questions, explaining the process, and setting expectations.
  • Completing proper paperwork to begin service for the customer and leveraging our hand-held device (iPad) for thoroughness, speed, and accuracy.
  • Achieving sales performance objectives through assigned territory inquiries, campaign execution, and new business development.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • The ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Physical job requirements and the ability to safely perform job duties with or without accommodations.
