Job Overview

Norco, Inc. is actively looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist.

The Healthcare Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the management of all Category II and III equipment installations and the scheduling of personnel as instructed.

This position serves as a vital link between Norco clinicians and referral partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues for patients and clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with patients, medical professionals, therapists, insurance providers, and referral partners to ensure optimal equipment solutions for clients.
  • Gather essential documentation and approvals necessary for equipment reimbursement.
  • Provide assistance to clinical, sales support, and home transition teams as required.
  • Support customer service personnel in coordinating respiratory-related patient discharges.
  • Manage clinician schedules and patient equipment setups, while responding to and directing communications from clinical staff and patients.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned or deemed necessary.

Compensation: $22-$24 per hour, depending on experience.
