Position Overview

The Healthcare Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that every patient interaction and the logistical elements surrounding their visits are executed with professionalism, compassion, and reliability. This position involves assisting healthcare providers in delivering patient care and education. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for performing administrative tasks and basic medical functions in accordance with the established standards, policies, and procedures of Washington Physician Services Org.
  2. Effectively communicates relevant information to medical personnel to facilitate optimal patient care.
  3. Completes and demonstrates proficiency in all required technical skills and patient care procedures as outlined by the organization.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday during daytime hours, including shifts such as 7:30 AM - 4 PM, 8 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, and 9 AM - 6 PM. No weekend or holiday shifts are required.

Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
