We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at RSM US LLP. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice, you will be responsible for driving growth and identifying new business opportunities across North America.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of the sales process, including prospect targeting, account development, and sales strategy.
- Build and maintain strong sales pipelines and forecasts, and prepare and facilitate presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with Consulting leaders and SPRC practitioners to co-lead IAM growth efforts through direct prospecting, networking, and industry participation.
- Work with national SPRC growth champions to identify, develop, and target key strategic accounts across North America.
- Execute the sales plan and process, including coordination of internal and external resources to position the Firm for success.
- Actively work with networking contacts, industry groups, and Centers of Influence to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience representing IAM services, preferably in the financial services, state and local government, healthcare, government contracting, industrials, TMT, and consumer products industries.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex sales processes and working with multiple decision makers.
- Strong executive presence, business acumen, and ability to drive a complex sales cycle from identification to close.
- Experience leveraging CRM tools, social media, and digital marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.
