Business Development Executive

Drive strategic sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and foster partnerships to expand Drvn's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market segments, and industry trends in the transportation sector.
    • Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Client Acquisition
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients, focusing on industries and businesses with high demand for premium transportation services.
    • Tailor sales presentations and proposals to showcase the company's unique value proposition, service offerings, and competitive advantages.
    • Develop relationships with decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations, understanding their needs and pain points.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and maximize margins for the company.
  • Client Relations and Management
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, renew contracts, and expand the scope of existing client relationships.
    • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on business development objectives, share insights, and drive coordinated efforts to achieve company goals.
    • Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development, service enhancements, and operational improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
    • Business development, sales, or related experience, preferably in travel.
    • Track record of increasing revenue, hitting sales targets, and expanding market reach.
    • Ability to influence and persuade decision-makers to act.
    • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals and objectives.
