Job Overview

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager II to join our Commercial Banking team in Coral Gables, FL. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate relationship management activities with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
  • Work with clients with moderate levels of risk and complexity of needs, providing financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating different types of risk.
  • Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
  • Manage effective networks of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones, enhancing the client experience.
Requirements
  • University/college degree or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience.
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience, with specific certifications often required.
  • Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and customer experience management skills.
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests.
