Job Description:
At Syncreon America, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on planning, coordinating, and managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the warehouse, including managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and supervising a team of warehouse staff. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document any issues


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
