Henry Ford Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a NICU Team Lead, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to high-risk deliveries and premature babies.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records, facilitating informed decision-making.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration among healthcare teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
