Job Summary:

The Radiographic Team Leader position is an exciting opportunity to join the DMC Children's Hospital of Michigan team as a leader in pediatric imaging. This role requires a registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with experience in radiology and a passion for guiding and supporting staff.

DMC Children's Hospital of Michigan is a renowned pediatric hospital providing advanced diagnostic services, including Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and MRI. Our state-of-the-art facilities and expert staff make us a trusted destination for children's healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Under general supervision, lead and guide Radiologic Technologists in performing procedures and ensuring quality care.
• Coordinate work flow, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with personnel actions, such as performance appraisals, hiring decisions, and progressive discipline.
• Monitor activities for compliance with laws, regulations, and hospital policies.

Requirements:
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R).
• Two years of progressively responsible Radiologic work experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
