Lead Landscape Architect Position for Project Management and Team Development

Powerwell, a leading recruitment firm, is seeking a Lead Landscape Architect to join their team.

This role involves overseeing complex site projects, ensuring high-quality design and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead the technical and financial aspects of office projects, oversee the production of contract documents, and manage junior team members' work hours and performance.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of team and project leadership experience, as well as 4+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required, while knowledge of Vision accounting software is a plus.

The salary for this position is estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, health savings account, flexible spending account options, and 401(k) with 3% company match. Performance-based bonuses and year-end company bonus are also offered.
