Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet guests upon arrival, check-in guests, and offer add-on appointments available following guest's scheduled appointment.
- Front Desk Operations: Perform confirmation calls to guests, check out guests, and answer incoming guest calls.
- Product Knowledge and Sales: Maintain product knowledge, stock retail shelves, and clean retail shelves on a regular basis.
- Salon Maintenance: Clean bathrooms, restock supplies and containers, and maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
- Artist and Therapist Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, distribute gratuities, and handle cash transactions.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Some exposure to salon, cosmetics, hospitality, or retail business preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
