Biotech Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Biotech Sales Leader to join our team at Causaly. As a key contributor to our revenue growth, you will inspire change as a market game-changer in the AI Pharma sector.
You will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and work cross-functionally to build customer value and drive new business. You will be pivotal in understanding our client's strategy, relating to the executive level, and navigating our resources and capabilities to the best fit.
The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with scientific, technical, and economic buyers and decision-makers up to C-Suite in global 30 Pharma companies. They should possess consultative selling skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work in partnership with Strategic Account Executives to develop opportunities and sell the value of the Causaly Cloud platform.
The estimated salary for this role is $350-600K per year, depending on skills and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, individual training budget, hybrid working, regular team socials, and potential for real impact and accelerated career growth as an early member of our team.
