About the Role

This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in biotech/pharma marketing to drive the US launch of a new nephrology indication. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that meets business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the US launch plan for the new nephrology indication.
  • Lead the creation of personal and non-personal marketing tactics, including patient services resources, digital channels, and media execution.
  • Support brand planning, including stakeholder strategies and budget development.
  • Cultivate relationships with regulatory, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with training and sales leadership to develop field execution strategies for patient-facing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of biotech/pharma marketing experience, with a focus on rare diseases.
  • Proven track record of launching products in complex therapeutic areas.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with high science data and ability to translate into promotional messaging.
