**Retail Operations Leader**

New York / HBX (E-Commerce) Retail / Full-time **Key Responsibilities:**

+ Take ownership of the business with a deep emotional connection to all aspects of the store while prioritizing profitability.

+ Demonstrate a proven history of setting and accomplishing objectives, ensuring follow-through from inception to completion.

+ Make informed decisions by actively listening, interpreting data, and considering all possibilities.

+ Recognize personal strengths and limitations, balancing procedural knowledge with sound judgment to guide actions.

+ Identify growth opportunities for the business and consistently challenge the status quo for improvement.

+ Quickly evaluate data and customer interactions to tailor each experience.

+ Align efforts with sales and service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

+ Address challenging situations promptly, providing thorough and actionable feedback.

+ Recruit top talent to create a diverse and relevant team that mirrors the communities served.

+ Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively planning and executing actions based on findings.

+ Offer insights to influence a curated product selection that resonates with the local clientele.

**Qualifications:**

+ Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Have 7 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in specialty retail.

+ Communicate with clarity and confidence.

+ Accurately process information and manage store systems.

+ Drive inventory processing and replenishment to maintain an appealing store environment.

+ Be available during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

+ Be proficient with technology and applications relevant to the industry.

+ Ability to work across various time zones as required.

+ Capable of bending, reaching, stretching for products, and lifting, carrying, and moving at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

+ Regularly navigate all areas of the store and be accessible to customers.
