Role Significance: This position plays a crucial role in analyzing, developing, supporting, reporting, and coordinating business workflow automation, aimed at implementing effective business processes across the organization.


Daily Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify trends and emerging issues, recommending best practices for optimal outcomes.
  • Document metrics and process modifications to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
  • Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and enhance existing or new systems through detailed reporting and documentation.
  • Participate in and manage individual projects, ensuring timely progress and communication regarding project status, risks, and priorities with stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison with both internal and external partners to identify opportunities and needs, developing implementation plans to address these requirements.
  • Represent customer and stakeholder interests while collaborating with business and technical teams.
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert on content, processes, and procedures, potentially leading project teams and providing training to junior staff to achieve project goals.

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience.
  • Exceptional collaborative, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to create accurate and effective communications.
  • Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Strong decision-making skills based on thorough analysis and business needs.
  • Ability to provide unique perspectives and challenge existing practices.
  • Project management capabilities, with a proven track record of working independently in complex situations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Visio, or similar software applications.
