Genesis10 is looking for an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst for a contract opportunity.

Remote Job Overview:

This role involves assessing, evaluating, and reengineering business, IT, or operational workflows utilizing scientific methodologies such as Analytical Thinking, Lean Practices, ITIL Framework, Design Methodology, and structured systems analysis and design.

The candidate should be able to work efficiently and autonomously while producing high-quality results. Strong organizational abilities are essential for managing multiple deliverables concurrently, along with a keen eye for detail. The ability to handle various tasks simultaneously without compromising quality is crucial. Collaboration with Software Engineers is necessary to comprehend features and technical implementations, ensuring the delivery of a top-tier product. A profound understanding of the business and technical domain is required.

Essential Qualifications:
- Actively engage in requirements documentation, business systems configuration, and the establishment/execution of acceptance criteria.
- Document issues and participate in their resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development and business teams to comprehend business requirements.
- Translate business needs into comprehensive technical specifications and designs.
- Identify gaps and ensure the implementation of solutions.
- Support critical business systems by employing mature IT and software engineering practices.
- Develop, implement, and execute testing strategies.
- Work with the team to guarantee the highest quality product delivery.

Engage with cross-functional teams and various organizational boundaries to gather requirements, define solutions, implement new tools and processes, and provide ongoing support to these teams.

Conduct user-level testing of applications and products, both manually and through automated tools. Develop a thorough understanding of the applications supported. Communicate effectively across functions and management levels in both formal and informal settings. Manage multiple test executions concurrently and synthesize the outcomes.

Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate ranges from $38.00 to $42.00. Genesis10 also has access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various compensation ranges.
