Genesis10 is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst for a contract opportunity.

Initial Project Focus:

The first initiative, titled Physician Clinical Review, is directed towards achieving the following goals:

  • Automating workflows to replace numerous manual business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and document intricate business requirements for system application modifications, defining both functional and detailed system specifications for requested software updates.
  • Identify components and groupings for assignment to other Systems Analyst IT personnel, analyzing and recommending features for phased implementation as necessary.
  • Provide cross-training for assigned Systems Analyst IT team members during the system requirements phase of the project, while monitoring and reporting on project status, issues, and risks to leadership.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior Systems Analyst IT team members.
  • Facilitate reporting capabilities and integrate with legacy client systems and Workday for data interchange.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting key business applications, preferably with Pega-based systems.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through diagrams, user stories, or other requirement formats.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking direction from both direct and indirect leadership.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Mapping.

Business Process Mapping:

Facilitate the clear definition and communication of current and future state business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) or similar methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • PEGA Systems Business Architect (CBA) certification.
  • Experience supporting Agile teams, with familiarity in JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Experience in environments with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI).

Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate ranges from $48.00 to $53.00. Genesis10 has access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions across various rate ranges.
