About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Cashier to join our team at Global Partners. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating the point of sale system, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Operate the point of sale system and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and organized store environment
  • Communicate effectively with store management and colleagues to ensure seamless store operations
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to other locations as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
