Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assigned customer accounts.
  • Process customer orders, both inbound and outbound, ensuring accuracy.
  • Prepare outbound documentation and invoicing by confirming contractual rates.
  • Engage with customers through email or phone in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies as necessary.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely fashion.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics or 3PL sector.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; experience with Synapse is a plus.
