The City of Baytown is seeking a dedicated Utility Billing Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service in managing utility billing inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all utility billing inquiries through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address customer concerns and questions effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Input and manage data related to new service requests, account updates, and billing adjustments.
- Generate and distribute work orders while monitoring their completion.
- Calculate adjustments for leaks and authorize account credits as per established policies.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Two years of experience in customer service or general office roles, or a combination of education and experience.
