At Goldman Sachs, we're committed to empowering our clients and customers to reach their financial goals. As a Complex Servicing Operations Manager Associate, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the performance of front-line team leaders and specialists, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow in their roles.
  • Lead the team to effectively respond to and resolve escalated customer situations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Partner with supportive teams to drive key business initiatives, including process refinement and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor reporting to ensure team goals are met, identifying and solving process bottlenecks to optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services, including Marcus Invest and Checking, to identify opportunities for complex servicing contributions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of financial services experience, with a strong understanding of basic deposits and investment products.
  • Excellent client-centric skills, with a sense of urgency and a propensity to lead and mentor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing cross-site teams, fostering a culture of development, respect, and inclusivity.
  • Collaborative, energetic, enthusiastic, and a self-starter.
  • Previous experience leading customer-facing teams responsible for handling complex cases and escalated situations.
  • Proven track record of building new processes and streamlining operational workflows to eliminate customer and agent friction.
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses a plus.
