As a Field Service Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that daily revenue targets are met while upholding superior service standards.
  • Optimizing pest control technician routes to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinating and reviewing daily service routes with team members.
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving service-related issues.
  • Supporting technicians with service requests and managing overdue accounts.
