Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Service Operations to lead our service operations across the state. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of trade and customer service managers, and working closely with other division heads to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of trade and customer service managers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their growth and development.
  • Service Operations: Oversee all aspects of our service department, including operations, quality, and efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform business decisions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Review and improve all procedures and processes for the service department, ensuring uniformity and best practices across the state.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other division heads to analyze patterns and trends, and implement data-driven solutions to improve business performance.
  • Escalation Management: Manage high-level escalation issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Professional Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging team members to grow and improve their skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or higher preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience in the home services industry.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to maintain relationships and grow people. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong desire to work as a team, with a willingness to travel across the state of Texas. Comfortable with conflict and able to act with integrity and professionalism.
