Flexible Recovery Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Flex Counselor to join our team at ServiceNet in Hampshire. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in promoting a model of treatment informed by person-centered planning, trauma-informed and strength-based service provision.
As a Flex Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include creating a supportive environment for individuals in our residence, assisting program participants in achieving their recovery goals, teaching daily living skills, and engaging participants in meaningful activities within the house and community. You will also be responsible for writing daily shift notes and other communications.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record are required, as you will be expected to travel throughout Franklin/Hampshire to various programs. Additionally, you must have a one-year experience working as a Residential Counselor, CPR and 1st Aid Certifications, and be willing to obtain certification in Medication Administration Program (MAP) and Proactive Approaches to Behavioral Challenges (PABC). Basic computer and office skills are essential for this position.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $18.00-$20.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 wage differential for MAP certification.
