Key Responsibilities:- Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food following approved recipes and production standards, ensuring all deadlines are met based on production orders.
- Supervision and Leadership: Supervise hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and recommending disciplinary action as needed.
- Food Safety and Sanitation: Store food in designated areas following all corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils, cleaning workstations thoroughly before leaving the area.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies, tracking product production, consumption, and waste, and informing supervisors when supplies or product are low.
