Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to plan and direct food preparation in our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menu plans and recipes
  • Direct and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen operations and efficiency
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role
  • Proven track record of success in kitchen management and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
