This role is pivotal in orchestrating, executing, and overseeing our comprehensive supply chain framework to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring a lucrative supply chain. The individual will be accountable for a specific supply chain category and will focus on process design improvements to cultivate a world-class, end-to-end process-oriented team. This includes responsibilities for recruitment, training, and professional development. The position requires collaboration with internal business and commercial stakeholders to foster cooperative supply chain partnerships that promote sustainable and profitable growth. Key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) will be effectively measured and monitored.

This position supports a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning Function:

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure immediate execution aligns with mid and long-term organizational goals.
  • Forecast, track, and achieve optimal inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials to meet financial objectives while balancing operational costs and customer service expectations.
  • Align the organization with the category strategy and manage execution from start to finish.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and advocacy for change throughout the supply chain team.
  • Conduct financial analyses that provide insights into total end-to-end supply chain costs, driving profitability.

Finished Goods Management:

  • Establish master scheduling processes to enhance production efficiency across the network.
  • Optimize network design to balance manufacturing, transportation, distribution, and customer delivery expectations across various timeframes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in production, purchasing, distribution, logistics, and demand planning.
  • Proven expertise in developing comprehensive supply and demand processes.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Innovative and transformative thinking.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Reliable internet connection required for remote work.
