This role is accountable for the development, execution, and oversight of our comprehensive supply chain strategy aimed at enhancing operational efficiency while ensuring a profitable supply chain. The individual will manage a specific supply chain category and will be responsible for overall process design, aiming to elevate planning capabilities to foster a world-class, end-to-end process-oriented team. This includes responsibilities for recruitment, training, and professional development. The role requires collaboration with internal business units and commercial partners to cultivate strong supply chain relationships that drive sustainable and profitable growth. Key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain will be effectively measured and monitored.

This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning Function:

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure immediate execution aligns with mid and long-term organizational goals.
  • Forecast, monitor, and maintain optimal inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials to achieve working capital objectives while balancing operational costs and customer service expectations.
  • Align the organization with the category strategy and orchestrate execution from start to finish.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and change advocacy throughout the supply chain team.
  • Conduct financial analyses that provide insights into total end-to-end supply chain costs, driving profitability.

Finished Goods Management:

  • Establish master scheduling processes to optimize production efficiency across the network.
  • Optimize network design to balance manufacturing, transportation, distribution, and customer delivery expectations across various time horizons.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in production, purchasing, distribution, logistics, and demand planning.
  • Proven expertise in developing end-to-end supply and demand processes.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to influence stakeholders.
  • Innovative and transformative thinking.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
