**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager/Staff Accountant at Spectra Experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing general office and clerical support, including filing, copying, and daily mail processing.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain office equipment and supplies for all departments
  • Supervise and support staff members, including the Staff Accountant, Office Manager, Accountant, Manager, and Accounting team
  • Process and manage daily mail, including shipping and receiving
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
