Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to become a vital member of our finance team. This role is essential for managing and overseeing our organization's financial transactions and general ledger accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, and cash forecasting.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial data to assess company performance.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of scalable accounting systems and processes.
  • Coordinate the audit process and liaise with external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing valuable financial insights.
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to enhance accounting functions and optimize financial performance.
  • Document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CGA, or CPA) is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proficient in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
